About Mel Weaver

Mel Weaver is a Michigan-born and raised songwriter. Having spent his working days as a General Motors employee, he has written may songs for the working man and woman.

Born August 1, 1935 on a tenant farm near Ithaca, Michigan, the troubadour started playing music at 11 years old in local dance halls.  Later he graduated from Ferris State University. He is also a graduate from General Motors Institute with a journeyman tool and die certification.

After writing more than 30 songs musicweaverusa.com has turned his attention to writing his second book. Musicweaver usa.com is now his home base on the web with all products made in America.
